LUSSURIA — Aesthetic Code & Aesthetic Partner Applications

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made on the Aesthetic Code (Customer App) and Aesthetic Partner (Merchant App) platforms operated by LUSSURIA.

By using our services and making payments on the platform, you agree to this policy.

2. Booking Fee (Customer App – Aesthetic Code)

A small convenience fee of ₹2.00 per booking is charged to enable digital slot reservation, queue management, and platform usage.

2.1 Non-Refundable Nature

The ₹2 booking fee is non-refundable once a booking is successfully confirmed because it is charged for:

  • Real-time slot blocking
  • Platform infrastructure usage
  • Transaction processing costs

2.2 Exceptions (Eligible for Refund)

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The payment was deducted but booking was not created, or
  • There was a technical failure attributable to the platform.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Partner Subscription (Aesthetic Partner App)

Partners subscribe to the platform by paying a ₹199 monthly subscription fee to access digital booking management tools, customer flow automation, earnings dashboard and withdrawal features, and platform services and technical support.

3.1 Subscription is Non-Refundable

Once activated, the subscription fee is non-refundable, including cases where:

  • The partner does not use the platform
  • Business inactivity occurs
  • The subscription period is partially used
  • The partner chooses to discontinue mid-cycle

This is a service access fee, not a usage-based fee.

4. Auto-Expiry & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions remain valid until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided.
  • Partners may choose not to renew for the next cycle.

5. Partner Earnings & Withdrawals

Partners earn ₹2 per completed booking through the platform.

Withdrawal Rules:

  • Withdrawals are permitted only up to the equivalent of 100 completed bookings per month, as defined in platform policy.
  • Earnings once withdrawn cannot be reversed.
  • Failed withdrawals due to incorrect bank details must be corrected by the partner.

This earning structure is an incentive model and does not constitute refundable credit.

6. Failed / Duplicate Transactions

If a user experiences a duplicate charge, payment failure with deduction, or system error during transaction, they must report it within 48 hours by contacting support.

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. No Refund in Case of Misuse

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect booking made by user
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Lack of usage
  • Violation of platform terms
  • Account suspension due to policy breach

8. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are credited only to the original payment source via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking.

LUSSURIA does not issue cash refunds.

10. Policy Updates

LUSSURIA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon posting.

By using Aesthetic Code or Aesthetic Partner, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
